Vampire are notorious for being beings of the nighttime that feed on the blood from the living. In the words of Goss (2011), a goule is " the heart of a dead man which quits the buried human body by nighttime to draw the blood of living persons”. These animals stalk people, most commonly kids, and have their lives to maintain their particular existence; to Frost, they are undead unwanted organisms that absorb another's life-force to satisfy the advantages of blood that serves as their only nourishment (Bunson, 1993). These beings of the night time are viewed as monstrosities as killers; they are depicted since antagonists in novels. If in literary works or film, there is always an excellent line that separates vampire from human beings (Yurguis, 2002). Many believe which the origin in the vampire originated in the historical Vlad Tepes. Vlad was known for he ruled with an flat iron fist; he previously the tendency to impale people who oppose him in any way. This prince of Wallachia was feared and was referred to as Vlad the Impaler (Hosier, n. m. ). In today's modern universe, the famous vampire provides acquired a lot of faces; from the myths and legends arose three beings of the nighttime that has struck literature and film – Stoker's Dracula, Rice's Louis, and Meyer's Edward. There has been a great change in points of views and in the characterization of such beings. Also see how the depiction of the vampire has changed from beinga bloodthirsty shape shifter who have seeks vengeance to like a frustrated, like struck " vegetarian”, these types of protagonists' qualities must be researched and in comparison. The changes must be seen in light of a vampire's physique, diet, and behavior. Commonalities and differences are presented to excercise the discussion of the growth in film of the vampire. Literature pictured vampires as villains who also exude aggression; they are often depicted as unappealing or perhaps unattractive and were considered to deliver dread (Critical Research of Interview, 2013). In Bram Stoker's Dracula and older literary works, they may be " supernatural presences in human form”. Their abilities to shape shift or perhaps transform in to other beings, their some weakness against sunlight, and their need for blood makes them inhuman. (Miller, 1999) Today, depictions of vampire in literature vary greatly to that of the timeless classics in the sense the fact that previous symbole of the vampire's aversion to garlic, crosser, and sunlight are handed off as mere misguided beliefs of their kind. (Whyte, 1997)
