FITNESS PROGRAM ASSESSMENT
Through this assessment students will be able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of sports and health related exercise, methods of schooling, principles of training, types of exercises.
Design an exercise training program for your self which you will execute through the first 6th
weeks with the course. The program must contain Cardio Fitness, Flexibility and two sports activities associated components (example, Balance and Agility). Reward points for anyone who adds info on and endeavors to change all their diet.
You must create an introduction and explanation of the program including:
1 . The fitness parts you choose and why. (eg. I want to improve my overall flexibility for dance and swimming, I want to strengthen my chest muscles for outdoor, I want to boost my daily energy level and endurance, I would like to improve my own vertical leap for basketball).
2 . The workout on its own, step by step guidelines naming the component of health, pictures and explanations in the exercises, equipment you need intended for the work out.
3. Build a tracking bed sheet to record levels you are working for for each workout or the pounds you will work with.
5. Each work out must be twenty minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of other, within a 60 minute time frame.
